JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a substitute with us in the summer of 2026, there is an opportunity to work in home care, daily activities, special housing, and short-term care units. In all areas, the work is based on providing support, service, care, and assistance to our users according to their individual needs in daily life. Job responsibilities include personal care, laundry, walks, online shopping in home care, and social interaction. To ensure you feel secure in your summer job with us, you will receive an introduction where you will learn about the routines and working methods in our operations. During two full days, you will receive training and an introduction during working hours.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and nights throughout the week.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old, proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and have computer skills. In some of our operations, a driver's license and the ability to cycle are required. Experience working with the target groups as well as knowledge of elderly care, dementia, and mental disabilities are advantageous. As an employee within the Health and Care Administration, you have a good attitude, work with curiosity, and collaborate and communicate with your colleagues. As a person, you are engaged, attentive, responsible, empathetic, and flexible. You enjoy meeting other people and view your surroundings with a positive attitude.
